Hi Peter, to me looks like an original Souval medal with a lot of silver finish remaining. Not sure about the ribbon.

I was hoping you would say it was a Lorioli since I dont like Souval stuff. So I will probably pass on this one, there might be the feared L/58 mark behind the fake ribbon.
