Hi guys,

in an older thread I've read about this type of Austian Anschluss medal. Supposedly this is a more rare pattern. Anyone know more about this pattern ? Who made them ? The medal is unmarked.

Not authentic in what way ? The design of the medal itself being not authentic or being a fake of a Petz&lorenz ?

Judging by your excellent close up picture I would say it's a fake, especially looking at the eagle and swaz detail. Which maker it's copying I can't really say.

I think it's called the "amos and andy" fake.

I agree with the guys, it is based on Petz & Lorenz design, but it is 101% a fake. P&L medals are far thousand miles from this one.
