Heer NCO Commemoration Statuette

I know this really doesn't belong in this category but I wasn't sure where to put it. Made to commemorate the 5th Corps NCO's.
What does A.P 31 mean? An interesting piece. 9 1/4 inches high. Base 5 1/2 inches wide. Marble base. Weight 4 1/4 pounds.

Hi Vaughn, you have here a very nice and interesting piece. 5/A.R. 31 means 5 Kompanie of the Artillerie Regiment 31.
