This is the so called Cross of War, 1939 issue, but they were still in use to 1975. I can´t say when it was made. 100-120 euros is a right price

I believe the bar added to the lower arm of the cross indicates a second awarding of the medal.

Supposedly they must have the awarding date engraved in each bar, but rarely it was done.
