            The velvet of those Imperial period batons look like same material as those for Third Reich period baton.

              In the German Empire was no single template for baton? All the pieces shown here are different.

                            A marschallstab display on the funeral pillow of a dead GFM ceremony.. pre-1939.

                            Despite not having a sure confirmation, WAF member Luftkrieg has helped me in the ID process and has indicated it could be Albrecht, Duke of Württemberg.. who died on 31 October 1939.
