Another memel medal

Hi guys,

I would to hear some opinions on this one.I know the pic's are not really good.
I'v requested fore new photos without the flash light but no response of the seller.

And from this angle and pic for me is hard determinate if its good or bad.
When I compared it with Antonio's thread about memel I was not sure.

So what do you thing lads?

Soft obverse details, thin rim, odd flaw on the suspension ring, even the ribbon looks iffy. I'm not feeling the love for this one.

This medal is the so called "B-Memel", it was at 99,9% produced from Steinhauer & Luck, but probably post war. It is not a piece I would be happy to have in collection.
In the Memel book there are 7 pages about this medal.
