What is this medal?

I got a call on an add and this is the medals that I am offered. I think the one medal is for the Spanish Civil War and I think the boxed medal is the Eagle Order.

The owner has no idea where they came from and I don't know much about them so I would like to get as much information as possible so I can make a fair offer on the two pieces.

What do you think? Originals? What would be the value of these two medals?

Medals

Pics are a bit fuzzy. I would recommend better shots of both including their Rims. (Eagle order should be marked alongside Rim w/silver content etc.) the ribbon on the Blue Division Medal looks post war too.

The eagle order looks good but as has been said better pictures are must. The other medal is spanish made Blue division medal and is probably postwar.

Looks as if this will be a "dead" post as the owner just informed me he sold the medal before I was able to respond with my price. Thanks anyways.
