Single parade mount 1.Oct 1938 medal mar

I just picked the baby up. A mint condition Czech annexation 1.Oct 1938 medal on a single medal bar. Yhe kicker is that the bar is maker marked "Stempel Reich Breslau I Ring 55". I think is paid a resasonable price. What do you think this is worth?

Nice! I wonder if this in any way related to Max Reich (Breslau), the maker of Freikorps-era awards.

About two months ago Bill Shea had a single Heer four year service medal marked the same. The company must have been a fairly large producer of medal bars.

That is nice. Not sure what they run, but I have an unmarked one with a Prague bar which I am sure doubles the value.

                Dear Paul,

Very nice bar. I have always liked the bars with the maker marks on the reverse, always a nice touch. As for value I have seen the single mount Czech medal bars range from $60 all the way up to $120 (rather high I think). Ones with the Prauge bar, obviously command a higher price and I have seen them as high as $200 on one dealers site (again this is quite high in my opinion)

I got this one for Euro 75 a couple of years ago.

Very nice parade mounts! It's always nice to find them with the assembler's tag.
