This one looks like an original, mid-1930s Period assembly to me. It is not in the best of condition, but everything looks to be original on the bar.

It's the Mecklenburg-Schwerin War Merit Cross Second Class on a combatant ribbon: It was Meklenburg-Schwerin's equivalent to the Prussian EK2.
