Help IDing two ribbon bars

Can anyone help identify the middle and right bars on the top?

I've got the top left as an Iron Cross 2nd class and the bottom as either a Combatant Cross w/ Swords or Honor Cross for Combatants (or is this essentially the same thing.) For this same bar, if it were for noncombatants it would be lacking the swords, right?

the middle ribbon is the war merit medal "Kriegsverdienstmedaille".

Right one is Fire Brigade Honor Cross (Reichsfeuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen 1936 - 1945).

Yes the bottom bar is the Honour Cross for Combatants. If it were non-combatants there would be no swords. For me I would like to see this ribbon somewhere on the top ribbon bar also.
