another one with early 1piece non magnetic schinkel

i think the bar´s good.

it is from a maat of the kriegsmarine, who joined it in 1936.

one of ~ 13.000 awarded persons of the KM.

Nice looking medal bar. Is there any evidence of there once being an eagle device on the long service ribbon? I can't see any evidence of it from the pictures.
