Very nice John. Interesting that he did not list his Spanish Campaign Medal along with the other awards.

It is strange I guess, plus, the photo must have been taken before the KvK was awarded.

He must have had another soldbuch of course that included the KvK award when originally awarded, plus the other medals too, and this is a replacement soldbuch.

The officer left it off and based on the timeline of this soldbuch, this sailor probably just did not have the time (or maybe interest) to get it corrected.
