Can the 5 posters above here maybe tell WHY this is a bad one?

I see some damage here and there but presume that is not why it is deemed fake?

I write only the first three points to see this medal is completely bad:

Soldered ring: horrible.
Saw signs on the obverse: horrible.
"Fur treue Arbeit" writing: more than horrible.

Another sign of being fake ,besides all the others that are mentioned in this thread, is that the swaz on the thread-starters medal is painted. It should be made in black enamel instead.
