Fishy Ribbon Bars

Found these two ribbon bars on a seller site operated by a ' Mr. Furth '.

Both bars have the same award ribbons with similar construction and backing. The first one has army long service ciphers instead of nsdap ones and is selling for 175 euros.

The second bar has the correct ciphers which one would think would make it more valuable and yet is selling for only 65 euros

You can decide if they are period or not, but the pricing alone should make one leary of his website.
