    I like these both very much.

    I suppose the second ribbon on the 2 place bar is....Volkspflege medal??

    Two very nice original ribbon bars.

    Yes I would assume the second ribbon is most likely for the Social Welfare Medal.

      Both good and nice ribbon bars! For me too the second shows a social welfare medal.
