What a great medal bar. Very unusual to find the Croce de Guerra on a medal bar. I like the Condor Legion connection too and to top it off the Godet label is wonderful too.

I'm glad that you like it Well if somebody has a nice bavarian and 3rd reich combination medalbar that woul be interested in trade, you can send a PM. But it needs to be in similar rank of quality and with 25 years medal.

I would think there is no way to track the original owner unless there is a photo of the bar in wear.

The Imperial combination is not unique and foreign awards were not recorded. There is also no clue if this was a Heer or Kriegsmarine medal bar. But still a great medal bar even if anonymous.
