4 Years Service Medal Question

Hi,

I have these two 4 Years Service Medals below:



Comparing them, I observed both medals are magnetics but there are the following diferences among them:



At obverse:

- Different lettering style;

- Letters "h r m a" more separeted at Wehrmacht on Luftwaffe sample;

- Some differences at eagle head, legs and wings.



At reverse:

- Number "4" is higher at Luftwaffe sample;

- Some minor differences at oak leaves.

My question is, these differences are due they are made from different makers or there is a red flag here?
