The first three are all bad, the one on the far right is totally unknown to me but not Third Reich for sure.

The West Wall medal looks good but if you got it from the same source as the first three you posted I'd be suspicious of that as well.

            Thanks
            Mike

I agree the first 3 medals are fakes.

The West Wall Medal is an original.

Thanks everyone for your comments. These medals belong to an elderly friend of mine who collected them when there was no internet. Unfortunately he trusted too many so called dealer friends. Kills me to have to tell him.
Is the westwall medal worth anything?
                  Thanks,
                  Jefmil

                    Price?

                    Jefmil:

Too bad! Your friend wouldn't even get a fair $10.00 for that West Wall! Without the ribbon (and there is no point in getting one), he's only going to see maybe a ten dollar bill from a small collector who is just starting up. A dealer would only 'dick' him around & offer him the price of a cup of coffee at a Militaria show.

If he has a 'yard' where he lives suggest he scrape some stuff together & throw all this crap into a box & put it on a table & have a yard sale & mark this crap $2.00 each & he might get someone to buy all of it.

I would disagree with you Ron. The West Wall Medal is a nice early bronze type and worth more than $10 with/without ribbon.

                      Kind regards

"On hand" makes a big difference.

                        Pierce:

Maybe in England....definitely not in North America! Over here these West Walls are as common as "TIREE" or "I'd Just As Soon Kiss A Wookiee" card !

The last 'MAX' I was at (and that was many years ago), the front table had a pile of West Walls with their paper packets & I believe they were being offered at $10.00 a piece & bugger-all were moved & I think there were about 200 or so in the pile. You couldn't 'shake a stick' at all the West Walls that are sitting over on this side of the ocean....your arm would fall off before you could stop.
