I think its a post war put together. A senior (very) NCO in the luftwaffe @ 1943-44 who serves in Army Group South with an 18 and no other LS medal? I doubt it. German NCOs were not famous for being lax about regulations.

Also, one of the Bulgarian medals is dated 1915.
