Memel Medal Help Please

Hello Everybody, Memel Medals have never been my strongpoint. Note how this one does not have the ribbon at the bottom at the reverse but two "dots". What do you all make of it? Thanks, John

With the risk of sounding like a hiphopper from the hood I´ll say: Straight G with a B...?

I dont like these "B" variants but some people do, so lets wait for their verdicts.

I have a similar example only with closed 9's in the '1939'.
