On the right is the German Youth Cyclists Badge in bronze. One of the less common sports badges.

Not rare but you just don't see them all that frequently. Detlev recently sold a grouping containing all 3 grades of the badge with documents, think the price was a little over £100. Your bronze one probably about £30.
