      nice original. perfect condition. Usual type in Bronze (the lower grade) Used from 1935 to 1945. Wernstein is one of the most common makers.

            Agree, a nice looking badge.

            I have a question though. The metal used seems to have been the same quality troughout the war whereas other medals and badges were made from lower quality metals (zinc) as the war progressed. Is there any reason for that? Did they have them stocked, or?
