The case is a repro 12-year case that everyone seems to be pairing with a 4-year medal for some reason. The 4 and 8 years came in a cardboard box.

I can't see any acorn details in these pics. But, I would hardly call this medal mint with all the corrosion on it.

The medal is an original "Petz & Lorenz", not in perfect conditions but good.
The case is a 100% fake as Curt said.

Thanks for looking over the case and medal, and no problem on the case being replica.

I'll vaseline the medal to get rid of the very minor spotting on the highlights, but it is as close to mint as any I've ever seen. I'm very happy to have it, and the case will be seperated from it - thanks again.
