Looks like. Going to try the suggested vaseline cleaning method and see if that can clear it up a bit.

Take a look at the ring (both sides),and see if there is a number on it.

It's a good one, albeit suffering from zincpest as noted. I also agree that it should get the "vaseline treatment".
