It is the Lippe War Merit Cross 1st Class.

The cross is the War Honor Cross for Heroic Deed (Kriegsehrenkreuz für heldenmütige Tat). It was not technically a 1st Class of the War Merit Cross as it was solely a bravery award and there was no requirement that you receive the War Merit Cross first.

The ribbon bar and the buttonhole ribbon appear to have the Württemberg Military Merit Order or the Golden Military Merit Medal. Both were awarded to officers and both had the same ribbon, with the only difference being a green enamel wreath for the order and a gilt wreath for the medal (no wreath would mean the Silver Military Merit Medal, the basic Württemberg award for enlisted men).
