Red Cross Award 1.Class Mod.1937-1939, fake?

Hello,
I will buy this Red Cross Award 1.Class (Neckcross) Mod.: 1937-1939 (first two pictures).
I would like to know what do you think about this cross.

Now four pictures, the first two are from the award, the other two as comparison. The difference I can see on this pictures, is only, that the head of the eagle looks a little bit different. Better pictures i will get in the next days

I hope that somebody could help me.

I think the fake IS a fake, too. Notice that among other things, the suspension ring soldered on the cross's top arm is not even CENTERED.
