Need some fast help on TDB

I am looking at buying this TDB in the morning before the opening of a show. I have handled it in hand and feel it may be a good one. I have never owned one so any and all opinions are welcomed and appreciated.

This TDB looks good. Just a personal thing - I would check it with a magnet to see if the tank is made of steel.

Thanks Tim. The guy had some very nice items I already missed out on but also some very good repros. I missed out on a 25 GAB and PAB because I flinched. I really would like this one if its good.
