There are a few dealers who offer this service but it may only be on items they are selling and not personal appraisals on your items.

If you want current prices for which something will or will not sell for, use the search button on E-stand. As for authenticity use the forum itself. You'll get numerous opinions here which you would not from sending it to one man. Wehrmacht has it all and it's only 25 instead of 25 per item.
