I have searched this forum and done a lot of googeling without finding anything that looks like it...

At least very colorful, feels like WWI? I haven´t serached for it yet, but it will be interesting to know. Maybe non german....

That ribbon is for the Kolonialauszeichnung or sometimes called the "Lion Order".
It was instituted in 1922 by the German Colonial Veterans League.
