the merit has no markings but i can date it because of the source i got it from and the metal is the mixture used half way throgh the war, the bwb is marked 100, the honour cross is marked w. d. l. in uprising letters and the ww1 2nd class iron cross i think is marked k although the marking is very faded ( it is magnetic and from a good source again) i dnt hv to many axis stuff because iv been mostly just looking into them and only changed to the german militty stuff this year (iv been colldcting britidh and soviet before i really got into the germans).. if any one has some more suggestions for items just reply

The War Merit Cross is possibly zinc then.

The Honour Cross maker w. d. l. is for Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid.

I have a few things if interested, just PM!

        Kind regards

Nice start and all in good condition, but please find yourself a good ribbon for the EKII ( The one you have is for the Kriegsverdienst medaille) and loose the price tag.

Yeah i know... It is an original Kriegsverdienst medaille ribbon but i bought it with the EK2 (vendors and my mistake) I'm off to a few fairs in February so i will buy my self one there.... Also i like to keep price tags on so i remember how much i paid for them compared to the current market....
