I don't know if I've ever seen an example of a full-height double row ribbon bar before... (Not that, in all likelihood, that would have made a damn bit of difference to my assessment.)

Most of the ones that I had seen (albeit without really going out and looking), were distinctly the squat half-height ones like Rick posted. Yours registered as full-heightish at first glance.

Hi!

I have several pics of Stefan Fröhlich and Alexander Löhr, where their ribbons are clearly visible, and neither have a double row, so I guess the list of possibles can be shortened by 2.
