Customs Medal Opinions Please

I have this Customs Medal and would like to know if it is genuine. The ribbon is not embroidered.

I'd say the cross itself is original, but the ribbon is a complete replacement with non-german ribbon stock....you can find a better replacement ribbon....but chances of finding a real Customs embroidered ribbon are pretty slim!
