Plaque SS, need your opinion please

Hello!

I've got this plaque from a german seller as the free addition to ebay article wich wasn't WW2 related.

It's size - 30x40 cms
Material - wood
Drawing method - pyrography, carving

Is it old reproduction (it has a very specific smell of an old item) or it can be the original?

Well it has been around for a while and it is well made.

However one just need an old piece of wood to create one like this and it is possible to make things look and smell old quite easily.

At least carbon dating can help in this case
