Please help me with this one, is the medal and ribbon pre 45? It looks different from what iv seen before, its allmost flat!

Sorry, but both the medal and ribbon are modern, IMO. Definitely not pre-1945.

I agree with Tom.

The post-war Ostvolk medals made by the Rudolf Souval firm of Vienna always had flat-backs. The jump-rings were marked L/58.
