One more from my collection: Zinc-alloy base with silver-plating. This one comes from the estate of a Luftwaffe non-commissioned officer. I totally agree with Antonio that bronze/silver is only a variant (however they were produced like this), not a grade. There are officers with bronze and enlisted men with silver ones (and vice versa).

@ Glenn: your medal is not zinc alloy, is made in tombak (or brass alloy)

@ Peter: very very nice medal, the "silver" finish on it is stunning!

@ Pierce: anoter super medal bar; find an Italo-German medal on a medal bar is not so common! Congrats for this piece!
