    Maximilian Wengler (ribbon bar)

    Hi,

Please, help me to identify the awards and medals of his ribon bar. Here you have the pics (source: epier.com).

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,

    Jaime.

    Possibly the following:

    Iron Cross & Spange
    Russian Front Medal
    Saxon King Henry Decoration
    Saxon Merit Order
    Saxon Albert Order
    Bavarian Military Merit Order
    Saxe-Meiningen War Merit Cross

The second photo shows a slightly different ribbon bar- with out the Russian Front ribbon and with addition of 1914-1918 Honour Cross.

    Kind regards
    Pierce

      Hi,

Thank, thank you very much, dear Pierce.

I have a question for you. Can you specify the class for the Saxon Merit Order Saxon Albert Order and Bavarian Military Merit Order, please? If it is possible, of course!

      Kind regards,

      Jaime.

        Hi Jaime,

You are most welcome. I would assume that both the Saxon Orders are 2nd Class and the Bavarian is the 4th Class of the MVO.

        Best regards
        Pierce

Yes I notice that. I think the second photo is a slightly earlier one of Max.
