OK Guys..Schrobenhansen again..But this time woundbadge packet!

    Hello guys!
I have owned this black wound badge in packet of issue for a year now, and I have always wondered about it.
Yes, it is one of those hansen's
Anyway..I know the jury is still out on the westwall packets that are marked like this, but what do you think of the badge itself...is it any good?
Opinions on the packet is also very welcome, although I fear it is a fake.
It does not glow under blacklight.
I start with pics of the packet...and the award itself last.

            Hello Mads,

I think that the Wound Badge is a good one, and it looks to be the type that was produced by Alois Rettenmaier having the catch and hinge stamped out as part of the badge proper. I do not like the issue envelope though. As you said it looks like the Westwall packets. I do not like the feel of those packets. The paper does not seem like the paper on known original packets, and the printing looks sloppy. I also do not like the misspelling of the town name.
            Best regards! Tom Yanacek

                  Ok guys,
This just in..I orderered a new packeted wound badge from detlev not knowing tha makers logo on the back.
                  And guess what...SchrobenhaUssen!!
This time the original for sure...let's compare the packages and see what we make of it.
The badge that came with the package was marked L/56 and does not originaly belong to the packet so I will not post pictures of it.

                          Hello Mads,

That is one great looking Wound Badge issue envelope. What a difference between the real one and the "Schrobenhansen" fake. Definitely a nice pickup. Too bad the badge itself was not a match to the envelope. Carl Poellath was assigned the number '84', and I have never seen a Wound Badge marked with the '84'. Until today, I would have said that they never produced the Wound Badge. But now, it seems, they obviously did. I bet that their Wound Badges were produced without a makers mark. Has anyone ever seen a Wound Badge with a '84' marking? If someone does have one, please post some pictures. Thank you and best regards! Tom
