Is it possible to get a clear shot of the eagle on the Heer LS?

Edges between cross arms also.

Is cross/eagle magnetic?

If they are the wreath should be non magnetic.

My first impression is that the stippling looks too large but this might be the photo.

Depending on what a close up of the eagle shows. I'm leaning towards post war souval but not really sure.

I've checked yours against the 4 that I own.

The only thing I can say is that if it was offered to me I would not buy it.

Doesn't prove that it's not a good one just that I would pass on it.

Don't like the eagle at all.
