The recipient was Wolfgang Sauermann, who was a Lieutenant and Beobachter des 5.(Fern)/Aufklarer Geschwader 122. And the best thing about the whole deal is that I was also able to obtain most of Sauermann's other decorations. Here is the Goblet, reunited forever, with those awards.
