Memel Medal

Hi, on reading the interesting thread on memel medals, I thought I would put mine on. Its parade mounted, I believe it to be 100% but opinions welcome. there is no casting signs around the edge.

Here is the bar, it would be a bad shock to find the memel questionable

Look at the maker mark H C on the bottom rim these mm can also be found on the prager spange

I agree the HC ones are rock solid.

A good Memel type that most collectors are comfort with.

I like the Deumer Schinkel cross

Don't worry, Will, I studied hard those medals in the past, but besides the polemic about the authenticity of the other types, you have the most acceptable Memel's type for the collectors community.
By the way, nice medal bar!
