This was in the personal items of a WWII USGI. I have researched it enough to know what it is and who made it, but I see prices all over from $40 to $95. Can someone let me know what it would be worth? Thanks. PS: Any other information is also welcomed!

Not necessarily better...maybe more desirable by collectors?
