Help with badge and board

I just finished another weekend show with some walk in - pick ups. I could use some help with the winged badge and the shoulder board. The badge is marked "JOH. WAGNER & SOHN BERLIN . W . 800". It also has a sliver moon and a house shaped hallmark.

Any help would be great.

It looks like a German Imperial Railways Long Service Badge of some kind.

25 years.

Exactly for what I don't know.

It's the Erinnerungszeichen der preußischen Staatseisenbahn for 25 years of service, instituted by Kaiser Wilhelm II in 1905. See: http://www.ehrenzeichen-orden.de/deu...-25-jahre.html

Another nail on the head! There must be 2 types of the 25 year version. One that is silver plate and one that is .800 silver. I am thinking it is just an earlier medal and a later one would be plated.
