Medal Identification Help...

I know zip about these medals; some medals came along with a US grouping / helmet, which I wanted. Turns out, appears the auction house slipped some bad medals into the grouping. First, what is this? And, is it any good? I'll be selling it, and I don't want to pass anything bad along to another collector. Thanks in advance.

Looks like an Imperial token for "first prize", probably for a shooting proficiency competition.
