Do you refer to the Honour Roll Clasp?

I think these were awarded on the standard 25mm or sometimes 30mm ribbons for wear at the 2nd button hole. I have never seen them on anything wider.

Pierce is right. The usual EKII ribbon is the only one accepted for this clasp.
