Picked this up with a grouping of police items. I have no idea what it is .

Looks like a privately-made keychain decoration to me, perhaps even unrelated directly to the TR era. Maybe German-American Bund or British Union of Fascists? Odd to see the laurel wreath design with the swas; the Nazis liked oak leaves much better; they make for a much stronger, more military design! The blank is also oddly shaped, not symetrical, and the stamped design doesn't really seem to properly fit the piece...? Just some thoughts...
