4 place medal bar with Memel

I posted this bar to Crosses of wehrmacht for further discussion about schikel. Here I am posting the rest. Memel is original for me, like rest of the medals. I like really condition of 4 years WH service medal. Clothing should be for Kriegsmarine ?

Very nice medal bar. Construction, ribbons etc look fine. I am no expert on the Memel medal so cannot give comment. Black backing would suggest Kriegsmarine.
