I must say I do not like it. Undreadable marks + soft details and on some places is silver finish out of its place.

The Ring, is not magnetic. Does this mean it's a fake?
I would hate to have been ripped off.

David, don't worry. Werner Redo (88) let out medals with not magnetic rings.

Going off those pics looks like a good original to me, have seen MM like this before,had a few of these awards in my time

. Straight on pictures are always the best as angled shots always makes an award look distorted.

Yes, it is 88. I had one this Ostmedaille with the same MM.
