This is the first one of these I have had, a commemorative private purchase award in the series with the Nordfront and Eismeerfront crosses. It is attractive and despite the enamel chip on one arm I think it is really appealing. The detail, enamel quality and materials look good to me and I believe it to be an original pre-1945 example, I couldn't find a close-up picture of this variant for comparison so I am posting it here for comment. Any opinions or comments regarding originality would be appreciated.

Hello there, it looks like a nice uncommon black variant.
They made few of those, with some different design, dates and places.
