Medal bar with spange...original?

Recently, a friend has bought east pin of medals. has called me the attention spange of the Prague… I believe perhaps that he is not original… mistakes to me but I see its contours and details little defined, I have had equal others spanges in my hands and this it does not finish to me convincing… your opinions?

This Prag spange is not orginal imo

details on the tower and houses are not on orginals that I have seen. Also the frame aroud is too "soft" looking.

Medals are also messed up

Medals and medal bar are original in my opinion. KVK and 4 Year Medal should be the other way around.

The Prague bar is not. It could have been added on post-war....to increase the value... Are you able to get a shot of the prongs attaching it to the ribbon?

WH mini has different patina then WH medal itself..

WH mini has different patina then WH medal itself..

That is nothing to really worry about. The medal and the ribbon device could be made from different metals.

Now the front of the medal matches the mini patina much better. The KVK and 4 Year medal could have been turned around recently. The medal bar is very well made, medals and ribbons all show similar aged, etc.

YOu are right Pierce, I was to hurry with my decision. But someone should turned medals properly.
