Driver's Badge wear by motorcycle troops?

Did motorcycle riders qualify for the standard Driver's Badge (the steering wheel in a wreath), or was that reserved for larger vehicles?

They qualified.
Motorcycle dispatch riders were awarded the Bronze Grade after 90 days of active driving duty "under particularly difficult conditions" in the qualifying operational areas.
(They were actually the group with the lowest number of days required in order to qualify for the badge, as their work was in many ways more difficult and dangerous than that of other motor vehicle drivers.)
